OK Russ, I'll bite. Are we counting up? Or counting down?

What's the occasion?

I guessed that was what he was counting down. I've got no complaints.

I feel good for the age. I can't do what I used to but I got to do a whole lot when I was younger. A lot of it with you guys and most of it documented with videos and pictures

Russ is just bummed because he has to wait till Dec to get some cake and ice cream without any Turkey to wash it down. :D

I'll be the first one though. HAPPY BIRTHDAY LEONARD

I'll bet that he can still do what he did 20 years ago (if he really wants to). Its just a whole lot slower and deliberate now. And climbing some of those rocky banks??? They are just not worth the trouble, huh?

As one old timer to another...here's to another year above ground...do we still imbibe in Wild Turkey?

Well I for one know I cant do what I used to do 5 years ago and "think" that I still can ! There is only 1 way to find out ! and since it has flooded or the water has been high and fast all year I have not been out all year with a untested knee! BUT Im still wanting to!! I hope that I can get out BEFORE I have to pull my plug and sit back in my F.O.G. chair and wait!

I'm afraid the turkey is no more. I had began liking it too much so I pulled the plug. I've become a very dull person. Haven't had a drink for 2 years. Actually a cigar either. That is just because I haven't been camping. I hope to go camping at Douglas Creek for a few days next year. I'll burn a few cigars then. You can celebrate for me tomorrow.
