They said they didn't do anything again but it sure runs better today. I guess thats the key. I'll file a trouble ticket every time it gets slow. Sooner or later they will get tired of me bitching and they'll fix it permanently.

i had problems with my old isp they over sold there service and tried to lie about it. took a lot of complaining be for they fixed it good. then i switched services for a permanent fix.
