And it clears up and temps raise to bearable temps. Sounds like the wacoenviromentalistterriorists are up to something! it almost is time to take the dredge out for a whirl !

Russ,

Define bearable temps

Here in the San Francisco bay area we have been seeing some low temp related to the area
Any temp below 65* and people are whining how cold it is
Monday we had lows into the mid thirties, the highs didn't see 50*
Now people are whining and crying about how cold it is and why isint the building keeping my toes warm ?
I tell em hey you think it's cold in here go outside, course they don't wanta hear that :(
I know that some of you would consider mid 40s a tropical heat wave, not in this part of the world
The beat goes on....

Get that dredge out in the bearable temps and see what she'll do
Tear it up
Or at least stand and look at it :D

Merry Christmas to all
OC

Well OC I might have to stand and look at it for awhile...........NO reply's as of yet!! With our past cold wave (single digits) everybody was around the fireplace BUT the temps got to the point where some people were wearing "T" shirts outside. MY wetsuit would come into play if I got into the water this weekend! :D I guess this will just be another bullet for someone to refere back to just to prove how really crazy I must be!

It never fails to work!!!!!!!! Yep if I get my ATV set to push snow and get it in front of the garage to be able to get it out , it WONT snow. That's what happened last year when I had my knee replaced and is Appling to this years snow as well ! well so far anyway! Most of the people around my home are old (older than me) and have medical problems , so I get out and clean their driveways and side walks for free . I do this for 7 homes and it only takes me 2 hours ,so its not a big deal for me. BUT now most of those people have passed or moved into a nursing home and Ive continued to add people to my list. It only takes a couple of pass's with my ATV and it gets me OUT of the house during the NO DREDGE weather anyway! My Winter time is spent out in my shop screwing up equipment that worked just fine BEFORE I got tinkering with it! :D Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all!

Staying active and the mind fresh is most important as if we don't push back at old age it eats you alive and your dead. Almost back to my original 1 mile swims but .72 is where I'm at . Striving for more as back again to every other day...2 days a week of PT and 3 days of swimming 45 minutes non stop-come on hour!!! And a light sprinkling of mining as water everywhere now but CAUTION  is paramount-John
