Man Alive now THIS is rain

As of Tuesday, 17.65 inches of rain had fallen at the Pit No. 5 Powerhouse near Big Bend in eastern Shasta County since Jan. 1, according to the state Department of Water Resources. About 19.5 inches has fallen at Stouts Meadow on the McCloud River, according to the state.

And Donner over 15' of NEW snow also.......

:shock: HERE COMES ANOTHER 6"R.......Road to my claims GONE as drain(12') into Whiskeytown got overflowed and ate 100' or so of the road out as in gone down to metal pipe. Old 4 x 4 toy will go anywhere as soon as road closed signs moved hahaha :D Strange though as much higher high water mark last year and no road loss??? O well stay warm Russau in that icebox as seems your in for another bout of ungodly cold :? John

don't worry John! itll "warm up " come January 20 2017 . The damocraps are forgetting the ole saying in America , Innocent until prove guilty" & their oath of office ,"defend and protect the Constitution of the United States"!! Ole John Lewis and that ole broad in California finestein need to be reminded of that FACT! And you could throw in most of the dems and a few rep. socalled "Representatives" to boot!

John, just 100 miles to the north, we got nowhere that much rain! Maybe 3 to 6 inches depending where you were at.
Hope somebody fixes your access road....

8-) keeps the highgraders out with their new xmas toys so not so bad till they try to fix. Till then over I go in on 4 wheel and kina exciting as down ,up and over the pipe,then down and up again hahaha old man gotta have fun too. How was the snow up their Lip???John

We had about 14"-16" here. Ground is showing in places now.
With the freezing at night, not much water running anywhere.

3 more punches in 5 days and they say at least 6" more rain :shock: and lots of snow too. Stay warm and dry as see Russau is under frost attack too. What a winter so far WOW 8-) John
