116 degree heat index here in Misery! I passed on a invite from the K.C. Chapter to go to N.E. Misery to camp & dredge . That aint no fun in that kind of heat & humidity!

108 yesterday 110+ for the next few days with humidity too. Wow this is one hell of a summer. Lost my partnership cabin yesterday to fire so another dream gone on the Trinity River. Hang on you all as this is not ending soon. Amazing misery in Misery Russ for us old farts, take care-John

Well Russ, the good thing about the heat is you don't have to heat the water in the hot tub. Now you can ease them bones with out worrying about the electric bill.
