Last of the WWII guys I knew. Ball turret gunner B-17 - aviation maintenance - catalogued stolen Nazi loot at war's end. He and his wife Barbara were extremely gracious to Leonard and myself at the Ga. Rally after we both took a reaming from someone not so gracious. A great friend to Geno. Active selling books and whatnot till his final day.

R.I.P. Big Al ! Yep I remember him from the rally in Ga. It's a big loss to all !
