Hi Russ:

Glad to hear your good news. Take it easy and you'll be running track soon. :D

I'm staying in the house where it's warm. I guess I'm a fat old wimp. Really cold last night and looks like more of the same for the next weeks. COME ON SPRING!!!!!!!!

Work that thing Russ. Don't let it get stiff. My dad had his done last year in January. He was at rehab daily and is walking better than he had in 20 years.. Pain is gone. 84 and he is still pluggin' . Don't think i'd be able to get him to come with me to Douglas again though. furthest he is traveling now it to Omaha to see a doctor or us.

I have cabin fever bad this winter. last couple of weeks with daughter home been feeling a little bat shit crazy. As it was -20F here last weekend, my brother in law was out at our "cabin" it was +60F in South Park. I was ready to go get and Ice Tea at QuikTrip and drive the 600 miles to get out of the blast chiller.
