Still too soon to get hopes up - only the report from one source - AMRA. None-the-less it bears watching to see if it does, somehow, "pan-out".

We always view the "Left Coast Happenings" in ways that we consider 'level headed', but, those CalifWashOre folks do have some mighty unique ways of seeing life. Not all of them (like Hoser) think that weird way, for sure, but there seems to be a real Hive of 'em over there hiding in their 'Ecological Communities' that mining has made possible for 'em.

So, lets just see how this works out over the next year.

Hope for the best, plan for the worst.

HAHAHAHA BS- sorry to be so negative(12 seasons) but with all the plans,skams,flim flams,lies ,bs and court rulings from appeals to fed/state supreme courts this will pass the legislature and be actually enacted when donkeys fly and chickens talk. Got 5 claims and 3 dredges for a few grand. If your sooooo sure be my guest a always put my money where my big fat mouth goes off-John
