Boy did that look good! You would have had to fish longer if I was there. That pan looked like about the right amount for me. It looked like the catfish was determined to get the camera.

Dick: we like them crisp too - cornstarch (or any starch) and the rack is key to getting that right.

G.O.: Connie and I caught some more yesterday and will again today. George and Sona are coming down from Tennessee for a visit (they are the couple that went to Geno's funeral with us). You've had Mrs. Mattson's saltwater fish - anytime you and the Mrs. want to come down and sample the freshwater version (actually we were both raised on freshwater and both prefer it) just let us know.

I remember George and Sona. Tell them hello for me. Thanks for the invitation. The wife and I stick pretty close to home. I had my time to travel when I was dredging. And what a great time it was.
