Getting to be fewer and fewer of us hanging out here.

Merry Christmas to one and all! Here's hoping for a great 2020.

Merry Christmas to you too Leonard! You might want to give this a try for New Years: Baked Beanie Weenies - a very simple recipe that's always been a hit. 2 28 oz cans Bush's Baked Beans, 5 Nathan's Beef hot dogs, 3/4 cup Cane Syrup, 1/2 large onion: bake 350º 2 hours - stir last hour. Always a hit no matter what occasion in our family for many years. So simple you won't need the video, but here it is anyway: https://youtu.be/O52P9IaFdSo

And of course, Happy New Year!

Well another year is just about gone & fewer of us left. Have plans for 2020 but age has played
a part in slowing things down. Had a couple of young 20 year old's help take my dredge of the
river this last year what a blessing. Wished I would have started doing the river when I was
a lot younger. But even at 80 years young think I will still make it for one more year God willing.
You all have a Blessed 2020.

One day at a time.

I turned 73 this month and still manage to get things done.

With age comes skill and knowledge, at the cost of speed.

73's about the time I started to really slow down. I'm 77 now. Can't complain though. I had a lot of good years with you guys.

Leonard, you and I are at a tie, I turned 77 this month. My slow down or "get things done" went away about four years ago because of Peripheral Neuropathy. Just trying to stand without a cane is not something I can do any more.

I don't know who said that " your Golden Years" are you best time in life.

I think that it was a lie! I can't complain, but would have liked to do a lot more that I can now.
