geez that was a raw deal ... but a verbal contract is as good as one written blood, file a lien on his property for exploration and assay work for like $5,000 a day. im sure that you are ahead of me on this but your knowledge, time and equipment is worth something. he cant just blow you off like that after he gets the results.

or....melt down a bunch of brass into nuggets and salt his creek

That is a crap deal, Hoser.

That is why we chose a long time ago to keep things a quiet, because there are just too many of those types of folks out there. ( dishonest, untrustworthy, unable to keep their word....)

That is a sweet ATV trail DM, wish mine was remotely close to that. Yah right, rolled three last summer.

 I don't do lawyers or courts anymore, just as ye sow--so shall you reap and get what deserve ya creep. I took home my honesty and integrity and all he'll get is hurt and broke. Desperately trying to mellow  and I've got my list down to 3 and by god ya really don't wanta be them. DWGMN-great trail to heaven I'd say with all respect to a hopefully safe and prosperous mining year. And lastly John was that what we heard last year off the *&^%$#@ -you rolln' around playn' tag with them atv's in the canyon?? Knew about 1 or 2 rolls 'n da' mud n da' blood 'n da' poison oaks but 3?? sounds like a tag team event and to get up,dust off, heal up and head right back up that bloody damn trail is the testiculiar fortitude that made mining great. Respect to those who do :D and always tons a au 2 u 2 -John  color me gren with envy,oh to be young again-and repeat all those good and bad times

Hoser, The last two cards are face down.
If this owner guy had any ambition he would have sampled himself. Everyone knows you cant make ANY money at this unless you have a hyperactive ambition gland. Just wait until he crawls back to the house with three smashed fingers and a lame back (about a week) and he will gladly let you dredge for a percentage.
