Are there any BLM maps that show the exact boundaries where mineral claims cannot be made?

For example,a clear boundary to the Ar River Headwaters recreation area.

I have had no luck finding such a map.

Mineral rights map would be a good place to start. Otherwise you can't locate on private land or Div of fish and wildlife land.
Some withdrawls are inplace which look to be for a reservoir, though I don't think with all the rafting tourism that will happen...who knows.
