Interested Parties

As you likely know, our efforts to amend the contract for our principal consultant supporting DFG's efforts took much longer than anticipated and has delayed our progress on this effort to revise regulations for suction dredging in California. Essentially, we have lost three months from our previous schedule. We will revise information on our website accordingly. Following are key mileposts based on our new schedule.

Public Review of Draft SEIR and Draft Regulations - December 27, 2010
Public Hearings - January and February 2011
Release Final SEIR and Final Regulations - September 1, 2011
File Notice of Determination - September 15, 2011
