claim question

If someone did not pay the yearly fees they loose their claim - right? Ok they lost their claim, can I claim that claim or what then happens to that lost claim? I was told once lost it can never be re-claimed. Thanks for your help....JOHN

Claim away--one mans stupidity is anothers gold--so go for it. But be damn sure about the facts first as in what fee are ya takling about?? There are sooooooo many related forms,deadlines and bs it's easy to screw up-John
