I am concerned about OGM. The last email, probably a month ago was from his wife. Apparently he was at his claims in Idaho preparing them for some of the miners who wanted to dredge. Some of them form Ca. who had contacted him over his offer to let to people dredge on his claim because they couldn't dredge in Ca.

His wife said that a large limb fell from a tree and he was hurt. Also He was a candidate for heart bypass. I have emailed him and had no response lately. Hope he is well.

yes Jerry, thats some bad news for sure! maybe some of the guys that did go see him at his claim would know a little more of his condition. does anyone know anyone that did see him on his claim, or know of his condition??? he has done a lot for us in the way of understanding the laws and helping to clarify the questions/answers we asked. i only hope if he needs help, we can get it for him!

Hmmmmm? ive posted on two websites asking if anyone has heard anything or knows about his welfare and not 1 reply??? i hope all is well and hes out pulling great big chuncks of gold of his claim and just to darn busy to get on the web!
