I just got word that the Feds have passed a $50 tax on all registerd guns.
I know there was some talk about it being proposed, earlier in the year.
Any of y'all heard of this recent developement?

Prob need a proof of a sale/transfer or police report of stolen weapon.
Can anyone verify the passing (or not) of this so called law

There's gonna be a lot of "lame ducks" that could end up doin' just about anything.
Hopefully, a lot of stuff can be repealed by the "Incoming".

I've found some pretty sharp people here, so I brought up the question after not getting any results from my own search.

I really appreciate the input

If I "hear" something, I try to validate truth or fiction.
If found truth, I would take appropriate action.
If found fiction, I go on ahead but keep an ear out for any
recurrances or possibility of it becoming fact.

The jury is still out, in the case of "Big Foot".
May be, Hmmmmm?
