Sorry about the down time

I learned a good lesson on it though. I submitted a trouble ticket when I noticed the failure yesterday and then expected the problem would be resolved. About 24 hours later, I decided to follow up using their on-line chat mode. It worked great and after about 20 minutes, the problem was resolved. I'll try that methoud first next time.

What it looks like to me from the info they gave me was they ran out of mysql disk room and then it caused a table to fail and get locked out. That threw a major error. Once they looked at it, it only took 30 minutes to fix. Maybe not the best in service but I don't pay a whole lot for the website so it's liveable.
