RE: Item #7
This was something I donated last year when I still believed in PLP. I no longer support them and this being included in this raffle does not mean I endorse Jerry Hobbs or PLP.

When the last raffle was done, they contacted me to send them the piece. I told them I already sent it and they must have lost it. They still claimed I never sent it... Now it mysteriously is in a raffle I do not support for an organization I feel is not worth it. It should be returned to me and removed from the prize list!

They haven't done much have they. I really thought they'd do a hell of alot more, but I guess they are actually part of the govt. process huh??? They weren't even at the dredge hearings, but there was a gal there from the new 49'ers!!!! Really sorry that the club donated to their so called cause!!!! What do you expect these days!!! Can't trust anyone. Oh well.

well whats the alternative to help fight for your rights? whos stepping up to the plate?? sitting back and doing nothing like the majority of the mining community isnt getting anywhere at all. MojaveJoe IS stepping up to the plate and hes helping everyone with geeting the info! who else is doing what is needed? not to many at all! is running down a person or a group that IS trying to help helping anything or is it helping the greenies with the thought of "we got them where we want them" and have us fighting amoungst ourselves??? i dont see the point with this on the net.

This is exactly why I want to know the NAMES of who won stuff in the last [few] raffle(s)! I don't mind sending to a 'cause' but when it's in the form of a raffle, I want at least a FAIR CHANCE of winning what is listed on the ticket!

It looks like the PLP is forgetting the rest of the country is/was supporting them, just look at the "prize" list. Kind of 'west coast only, huh?

a list of names of the winners are posted on several sites. this site, 49er Mikes and the PLP site ofcourse. the winners are the luck of the draw like ANY raffel should be. a friend of mine in KC Mo won something twice in different raffels. sounds like your grasping for straws!

I have a friend in Texas that won a 4" Keene dredge in last summer's PLP raffle, I still support them as I have yet to see any proof of them not doing what they say the PLP is trying to do, at least they are trying, when it come to court cases it all depends on the judge's decision, and unfortunately IMHO some judges have ulterior motives and you just can't win!!!

GS a person would think that we could appeal these kinds of decessions on the fact that the green biased judge allowed his biased green ideas to dictate a courts decission....instead of law and the true facts that he pushed aside infavor of his or a wacogreenies warped ideas.
