Yeah, I'm getting ready. Just need some specs. I know the region. Still the dates 12-14 +/- right?

It is still a go for this weekend! Filling kegs right now! I did not see the new forum. I am outa here this afternoon and back to mining and base camp. Call me for directions . I can answer emails til about 3pm State of Jefferson time. We get 3 bars on our cells in camp so calling would be best as I will not be near a pc till after winterfest. My cell number is in my profile on the old forum.

thanks

I just talked to "The Brew" and he was loading the kegs. If you don't know what that means, you haven't been around very long. He's supposed to be sending me the directions to get to Winterfest and if you don't know, you have to convince me that you are a prospector and have been around for a while and I should be able to give them to you.

I'm planning on makeing it next year. Not to prospect but to take pictures and drink a lot of beer.

I'm anxious for the porter. It will be good to have more distance travelers come. I have to get the prospecting bug out, but the gathering of miners is much more valuable. Priceless drunk shows, fairy tails of gold, and telling stumpy to hold the light so I can get the wood.

Hey guys and gals! Beer can Dan is the first wfest guest! (He is mining just below us.) he brought his laptop and by god we have inet wifi up here! The beers are tapped and we have already started! Come early if you can and stay late if you want! We have over a mile of personal claims (hard to get to) We also have a brewery for backup kegs!

Thanks for handling the directions Leonard!

Will be headed south tomorrow morning. Cleaning up equipment and getting things ready today.

Hasn't been an active post about it like in years past of who's going. Hopefully see some of the same faces. I missed last years.
