HUMMMMMMMM?? according to their defimnitions, then NO firearm could be used then! BECAUSE,there is rounds that use shot that can be bought for almost any handgun! then their law/definition is ambiguous! think about it! i know what their intent is with the gangs and being conceled, but they need to rethink this BEFORE someone takes it to court with a lawyer!

I agree. I can load snake shot rounds into my .357 without issue. But possession of a pistol that will accept .410 shotshells is a whole 'nother matter here in the golden state.

But it is what it is. Liberal legislators dream this shit up then liberal governors sign it into law. You'll never-ever figure it out if you're expecting it to make sense.

Hell, we got told that if you fear for your safety they'd rather see a dead bear than a dead miner, by forest service officals!!!
