John i do have windows media player (updated version) and the DSL connection.i have Vista and have even updated to Windows 9(?) version that my daughter did last night. Windows says everthing is good to go but still i get message "Internet Explore cant disply the webpage"ive tried to do all of their suggestions but nogo for Leonards videos!i do get the youtube videos.maybe my wife put a "parental block" on my screen to keep me being a good boy??
