Black Canyon Distillery

The fire still isn't fully contained at my claim so I made a trip to the distillery. I found their address on their website http://blackcanyondistillery.com/ and noticed they had free tasting. It was about as close to me as a liquor store that carried it so what the heck! I'd just go straight to the source!

As I entered, I noticed something that looked great! They had a mascot!

After talking to the lady I got a tour of the still area. You know I'd want to see that!

Here's a closeup of the collection area. I have an invite back tomorrow when they are running the still. How can I pass that up.
