California DFG Added New Docs To SDEIR on 3/18

A heads-up, I noticed this morning that the CDFG has added some new documents to their suction dredge site. I haven't had a chance to read through them as of yet.

The new section is called "Administrative Procedures Act Documents" was added just today. I want to start with the second doc on the list "Initial Statement of Reasons" but better to read them from the start to finish all.
