Sounds Good. :D Who's holding the meeting? Who is trying to work out the deal with DFG? (Sierra County or the Town)
If we could only get more local goverments involved could be of help, big help.
The topic of suction dredging has been brought up in our community meetings many times and alot of concerns from residents, miners, and businesses alike, of course.

Sounds to me that it's the county. We're also checking into the Quincy area also. There's rumors they'll also have this type of meeting. I'll keep you guys informed. Al

I will be there with 3 of my friends. Dredgers need to support this Economic Impact battle that businesses are fighting with DFG. Their opposition could well make a difference in the ultimate outcome of the Proposed Regs. Be there Wed....if you can.

I'll be wearing a black hat with "Bounty Hunter" lettering. Say hello if you see me. I am a friendly guy :D
so much gold....so little time :)

Well, it was a fairly productive meeting. This was for Sisque county(prolly not spelled right!).The meeting consisted of dredgers telling what they wanted the county to center on in a letter to the dfg. I hope it helps, but the outlook is not all that good.Who's ready to dredge under ice???? was lovely to see govt. in action!!

I'll be with you guys in spirit as it's too far of a drive from central Colorado. Hope the DFG backs off their ban, and dredging once again will be viable in California :D
