Very interresting. I wonder if this is the same in Cali?? If so the dfg has no right to ticket,confiscate,or arrest anyone. Sounds like a battle of the powers. Could be a good thing.Hmmmmmm!

i personnaly think the situation in California will eventually come to a head and no telling whats going to happen or the outcome of it.it could be very nasty!
