Wyoming is the 5th place that i had to cancell for one reason or the other. right now im either going to Indiana (flooding/rains) or Antler OK on the Kiamichi River (really hot and low water) its just a wait-n-see for a couple of days before i want to leave to check the weather for each of them. but on labor day week im going to grab Lee Logan and his crutchs (knee surgury) and drag him to the Arkansa River. i bet the mosquitos will be horrenious at the flats this year, even when the waters go down!

I don't remember the first year.

I may be up to visit with you in a couple of weeks for a few days. Looking at the water flow, it's still as high as when I was up there a couple of weeks ago.

Maybe all of the skeeters got washed downstream.

I went to the Golden Optimist claim wednesday and the water was way too high there also. It looks like it may be another month before much dredging can go on.

According to the water gauge, the water still hasn't gone down any from when I was there so the pictures and video ought to still be good. I talked to Wally the other night and I will probably go up and either sit around with him some or watch him and his dredge as they float past the Beans and Bacon heading down stream at a fast clip. I'm looking right now on being up there the weekend of July 9th and 10th. May stay a few days either side. I'm not taking a dredge though. Just a camping trip.

heck Leonard that even sounds good right now! ive been trying to either goto Antlers OK on the Kimichi River with temps over 100 or goto Crawforsville Indiana on Sugar Creek to do some dredgeing but Indiana is getting the same rain as we have been geting,so flooding is still a item there.this weather pattern is bumming me out!
