a buddy of mine in alaska called me the other night, he was going to buy a years supply of freeze dried food from Costco wholesale, price about $3000 and said that according to a recent "executive order" no doubt zerobamas doing.
that no freeze dried food can be shipped overseas including alaska. costco said they cannot deliver it to a freight forwarder.

Looks like Alaska might be the place to head to. The way Obama and his cronies are messing up things, if Alaska swells in population, and it's mainly miners, maybe they will get the idea we don't want to be in the lower 48.

I think someone at costco is BSing you. I just check with this company and they are more them happy to ship to Alaska.

the only real problem AK has is with the lower 49 ... if and when the doo doo hits the fan i have a chunk of AK to go to

Reno i cant remeber the particulars of it but it had todo with the enviroment and they were clamping down. i read it somewhere a couple of weeks ago and as old as i am getting ,my memory is fading fast! thats what happens when you become FOG people!
