Larry i can see this happening! infact the letter/notice itself could be part of its concept! i think if our gubermint was actually caught redhanded in this prior to its implimatation, a full scale civil war would erupt,but only if enought Americans would get up off their duff and actually cared/beleived it! Americans are just to set in their seats to have enough care to dig into the facts. thats how all these wacoenviromental laws get implimented! they know Americans are just to darn lazy to keep a vigilent eye out on the laws being passed,so they go for it knowing we wont even know about it untill years after it was passed! Nakita Kruschev, the old czar/president of Russian said,"we will take over your country without even fireing one shot!" kinda sounds a lot like whats happening here in America today! and look whos the leader of this wacoenviromental group thats HQed in Europe.a previous prez of Russian. the guy with the birthmark on his forehead.look at the stuff they are teaching our children(green as can be!). look at the dems stance on going green,they melt in green stuff with wacogreen stuff.and we wonder how this could be in America??? look at where they get their money! from our taxs,donations from across our land!TV adds that show helpless animals, SEND IN YOUR DONATION TO HELP SAVE THESE HELPLESS ANIMALS! and we fall for it! they have billions of dollars to fight us, and it only takes one word for them to gain ground! YES! theyve been working on this for years. they are not in any hurry cause they are gaining ground to dictatate to us theyre demands!and we sit and let this happen!!!!!

The American people believe in what they see. So vivid in their minds is 9/11. They saw it happening, therefore it's true, and yesterdays news shows reinforced what they saw on p/11. They can't/won't see/believe what's happening right under their noses because it's not full blown on TV. They actually believe the people they elected are doing everything they do as for their benefit. The media plaster on TV, radio, news papers, etc., that dredging is bad, therefore they feel all prospectors are bad, even those who only classify and pan. When Americans finally wake up, it will be too late, a civil war could break out, but too late.

We need someone very strong to lead us and help us to get involved. PLP and Jerry Hobbs can only do so much, and that's been exhibited in California. He/they can't help us, unless we're willing to help ourselves. This subject is very near and dear to Russ. We need more people like him, but he can only make posts or reply to posts like this.

What can be done? How about a million man march of prospectors to the city that does nothing for us. It worked before. People believed their cause was important. It woke up a nation.

This is my two cents on the subject. Some will say this post was good, others will say I'm blowing in out my a$$. Believe what you want to.

Someday prospecting will only be a news story.

I've been preaching this for years. I also believe that 9/11 was done by our own govt.!!!!The economy is in such a chit storm that they had to get our butts into another war in an area we don't even belong in ,AGAIN!! To many young guys outta work,so just get them all killed off in a land that could care less that we're there, and that aren't gonna change anyway. People today are just well bred sheep that go along with anything!!! I refuse to play!!!!! I don't trust any govt. officials at all !!!!!
