Rex, that must be a good feeling to have a chunck of land there!it looks like my plan to buy isnt going to happen! thankyou o for all you did/didnt do for us!

Russ, It feels a site better than my confidence in mutual funds at this point. I don't think it will depreciate.. Going to try and get a well done hopefully by the end of 2012.

Colorado has some weird crap going in with Water. they have claims on that like mining. City of Aurora has a bunch of area they think somehow they will pump over the ridge and north. Just think before a dry spell hits I'd better get a hole dug, once this is done, they can't do shit.

I think my wife would like to take a fall trip up there to see it, and see the aspens in color. I know I would. Don't look like it is going to happen but we will see.

Enjoyed the company good to see everyone.

Also, Andy my prospecting bud here, and his wife had a new baby boy this week.. Hopefully he'll be able to get a kitchen pass for a trip soon. Guessing you made the lot trip back OK?

i heard that the 14ers got thier first snow the other day on the peeks. we got rain in the lower elevations as i was leaving Leonards claim Wensday afternoon. yep i got home ok (17.5 hour drive) and a bit sore!

Leonard, i just looked over my permit for the Arkansa River and my permit is only good for 1 year. my expiration date is Sept 30,2012

the Arkansas will be running hot-n-heavy then. Leonard usually goes there for Labor Day! and nobodys allowed there unless invited with a claim owner anyway!
