M1-snakes yes but them UNGODLY CROCS/CAYMEN are what freaked me out. Must resize pics of croc following me in my kayak on the White River Tortugero preserve. A tour boat showed up and the idjet reaches out with a dead chicken, after bashing it on the boat side, about 6' outta the water as I sit and watch and up jumps a HUGE gator that chomped it down. And I'm sittn' there 6" from the water---dumb de dumb de dumb--got hammered that night and danced the night away. Just to go and zip/line the forests with a hangover the next day too---life--love it or leave it-John

Oh Gawd! I fergot 'bout them toothy monsters. Need to bring extra booze!! Cause I'm gonna need to be totally juiced to screw up enough courage to get wet. Probably gonna need an extra wetsuit for when my partner sneaks up and grabs me from behind. First ya say it...then ya do it!

I can just see Russ and me down there in the water        I don't know how high we'd jump if something grabbed us, or one of us sneaked up on the other :o I know I would mess up a good wet suit, which I understand is something you don't want to do  ;) When are you ready to leave Russ, and who's driving :?:

You can dredge in Costa Rica and not worry about the crocs/gators/Caymen, all you need is a "Gator Cage"!!

Hell, I'll take a turn driving iffin' I can go!!! Piss, I'll do all the driving!!! I got a funny little story about gettin' grabbed under water. I was workin' for a bud and we were using a dry-suit set-up diving for golf balls at a course here. I was down about 9 ft. with zero vis raking in the balls when I got Grabbed and drug back-wards about 10 ft.!! I hit the panic button and blew up like the pilsbury dough-boy and dropped the weight belt in a split sec.!!! Once I hit the surface my bud was laughing so hard he almost fell outta the boat. He says" You best not of made a mess in my suit!!!" Once we hit shore he told me he seen the critter swim right to my air bubbles and dive down ,so he knew it was comming for me!Jerk didn't even let me know!!! In my mind,SHARK!!! In reality, a beaver. HAHA! Funny chit! Black eye! Funnier chit!
