New scam?????

There must be a new scam going around. I got this email supposedly from my niece. I don't think it's from here because it's not her style of writing. She's more country folk like me.

Its actually an old scam thats been going on for a while. You don't seem fooled by it though, which is good. If you get solicited by an exiled nigerian prince who needs help laundering his money thats totally legit though

hummmmmm? well i guess i was scammed! i thought Leonards niece would be a safe bet! i sent her $2000.so she could get a bit to eat also while waiting for them darn planes at the airport!and that guy from nigera says the checks in the mail! he wouldnt have lied to me would he?????im still waiting for it! plus i got a good lead on a bridge in Broklyn NY. its a forsure bet on makeing money! only $55,000. down takes title to it! i can pay the rest of it off the proffits i can get for tolls! well 2 out of three aint to bad!haha

it is a scam they had a guy on the tv a while back,
Some Gramps thought he was sending his grandkid money and got ripped off.
forward to the authorities so they can get them.

I replied to a scam on the internet looking for a new Toyota truck. 2009 with 3,500 mi. for $9,500. Worth around $27000. He was in Idaho. Nice truck. He wanted me to send $1,500 to ship it to Ca. I played along and told him to ship it ,but that I would not pay for anything until I tested it out and would send him the money if I was going to buy. Never heard from him again. Never send any money to anyone over the internet.

Joe EXACT same scam tried here in Redding Kali a few weeks ago craigslist deleted it pretty fast as I nailed it asap-John
