:? Ooops yeah RB, forgot, can’t think for yourself on here without being verbally crucified by the sheeple.

Fact of the matter is that most of us miners are set in our ways, dang stubborn arses we are, and have a mind to think for ourselves which makes us individuals. As it was and should have remained….

Prospecting and mining IS NOT and should have never become a one size fits all spectator/team sport to be exploited and promoted for the sheer wealth of one. Not to mention the many of ill-morals acquired along the path to attain such status.

The problem arises when one congregates hoards of miners out on the rivers for some high density mining and perceptible to all to see. And if that ain’t bad enough, it’s all being orchestrated by a carpetbagger (as Hoser would have it) so as to mine the very pockets of the miners for their own greedy benefit, all that at the disregarded expense of all the other miners and not just small interest who paid the fun-fun club dues. Then as the effects from this very cause come to the surface, the carpetbagger fights his own self-generated problems and proclaims it be in defense for the good of all miners, which we ultimately have been screwed over just the same. :x :x :x

Credulously Blind, you are, if you can’t very well see the self-centered, greedy, low down underlying BS and it is quite unsane to continue to follow further into the void expecting a different outcome from the same source. Not saying we don’t need representation, we do, and should actively seek out far better than the current options. We must realistically look closely at agendas and track records before becoming or remaining associates to the only choices.

That be my own thought, as an individual miner, owner, and claim holder.

This is what I know. Letters have been sent to the current claim owners basically stating the intent to invalidate all claims in that area. If you are a current claim owner you will first need an approved Plan of Operations to mine. Before a POO will be granted you must first have a validity test done by the Certified Mineral Examiner Kevin Johnson (Forest Service employee) to determine there has been a valuable mineral discovery. They will only do a few of these tests per year and from what I am told the claim owner will have to pay out of pocket for this test. Also what I am told is that Kevin Johnson is a known enemy to mining and it is expected that no claim will pass the test and thus become invalidated and will cease to exist.
