fourtunatly, they see whats been going on in Cal. politics, and decided todo something about it! i guess thats what happens when something is flawed and someone with commonsense does something about it this time! and maybe this is a start to turning it around???

That Ag group needs to be disabused of the "notion" that we are a recreational group. It's widely known that miners have a pretty good knowledge of thier rights, does the Ag group know this? Some outdoor groups keep us at a distance but serious water rights users may take our abilities to protect our rights seriously. A meeting of minds? May have been tried already, just sayin....

trevor we are our worst own enemys! even the GPAA and Steve Hershback calls themselves "recreational". guys on the net do the same even though it has been pointed out to them to stop using this word! some want to argue about it!some will never learn!

time to start having some fun. i figure all the large city's in cal use way to much water from mountains. a good ideal would be to make them in stall water desalt plants up and down the coast. this will free up a lot of water thats been deverted for the fish and trees.

i cant understand why the desalenazation plants havent been built in the first place!all up and down the coast this water is there for the takeing! there wouldnt be a state on any coast needing water ever!

not only that they suck the power. that means the state would need more power plants. then there is the high salt water that must be flushed out of the system. most plants flush it far out to sea, and let the curents spread it back in to the sea.

yep but when your haveing a hard time getting water(lots of users) then the cost dosent seem so bad to have all you need for a city! freash water is getting tobe a commodity that could end up being as costly as gold when you have a limited supply of it!
