Gold Rush TV Show and Oregon Gold

Interesting that the Gold Rush TV crew last Friday was down near Baker City, Oregon and running some test material. Any insight on the show going south instead of up in current Canadian operations?

It sounds like Peter Tollman and Co are looking to sell the claim the Hoffmans have leased, maybe to Parker, at least his name was tossed out as possible buyer, which I'm sure doesn't set well with the Hoffmans
They are looking for a new lease.
They dug and ran 100yds of material and was hoping for an ounce, they got over one and half ounces.
So they may be heading to your neighborhood soon.
A lot closer to home, longer season, better material (maybe), lower costs
They were showing some real chunky gold, big stuff
Time will tell

Somehow they will stub their toe
Not sure why I watch this show, maybe to see how unrealistic people can be
I'd love to see/work the ole bucket line, that would be a kick.
