Hydrolic mining, if done properly isnt any enviroment problem at all! and the socalled "representativves" in California have done a lousy job at what ever theyve been doing! and the elections will bear it out!

My process has no more effect on the environment than running a sluice.
So far, that hasn't been banned.

Actually, it was the Feds that put a ban on the massive hydrolic mining done in the past.

Nope, they are using a "Suction Devise" to move the material into their sluice.
I would call it "Booming".
I shovel up the pile, screen it, and then run it through my sluice.
With the hose pressure I can wash the bedrock clean and move on.
Got me a trench about 5 ft wide and 15 ft long at this time and the bedrock is clean behind me.
Been using a geo hammer to pick out and open the cracks. It all seems to be working just fine.
