| Welcome to my Camp and Kitchen. This site was created by and for all campers, whether you be a hunter, fisherman, and in my case, a GEN-U-WINE gold prospector.
Within these pages, you'll find Recipes, camping and cooking tips as well as a selection of my custom made seasonings and spices. You will also find a cookbook filled with great tasting and easy to make dishes that are great for the outdoors campfire, grilling in the back yard or staying in the coziness of your home.
The recipes and tips are tried and true! I have either cooked them or enjoyed the others with friends at one of the many campfires we've shared.
So check them out... try the seasonings and the recipes. As time goes along and I find or create other great recipes or find a good blend of spices they will be included here.
Camp food doesn't have to be the same old boring, bland bologna and cheese sandwich.
The seasonings are already mixed, most of the recipes have about a 10 to 15 minute prep time and a 25 to 40 minute cook time.
