My personal opinion is the FEDS will be too busy to go out looking for a few plants growing in peoples back yard. What I think will be the thing that will let this go is when the state itself won't go after the small people growing their own. If the locals won't prosecute, I think that will be the turning point.

now let me get this start. the feds will not enforce illegal immigration laws, but they will enforce laws about pot. i wonder if the states are going to kick the feds out and start sending the illegals to Washington dc.

Ain't it grand--with all the insane laws by the 10s a thousands the feds pick a few from column A,a few from column B and raise LL on column P?? Here in mexafornia we have a average of over 1,100 new laws/rules/promulgations/regulations analy--oops that should be anually--or is the first correct--oops I digress. There are some great new ones that the courts have yet to nullify as we vote yes-yes-yes and the insipid court systems overturn. Example of insanity is the voters 3 times passed NO QUEER MARRIAGES by massive margins and by god the courts in Frisco(Gay bay)over turn ever time. Say what the (*&^%$ as we are plowed under as the will of the people is over ruled by a queer judge in the bay?? Recent voting run has been also shot down by judges in 2 cases already and ink not even dry yet on the voter mandates. New ones are great though and as such stay--Queers can now get free operations to change sex at the tax payers cost. So Bobbie can now get a pumper,boobies removed and $10k a month or of testerone shots to be Bud. Dave gets boobies and a vjj(now thats gay) and hormome shots at even more than $10k a month to become Darla,question --wonder what the're a goner do with all them left over ,well ya know,sell them to Oscar Mayer?? Why do illegals get priority in college loans and entrance status over AMERICAN BRED AND BORN VETS??
