GOLD PANNING

Postby getterdone » Mon Jun 03, 2013 6:46 am

Well it is that time of year again. The 2nd weekend in June is the annual
prospectors days here in Republic and I do the Gold panning both sponsored
by the Chamber. Got Kinross mine to donate the gold I have been using lately.
This year the kids will be getting about $9 worth of gold for $5.
Might see a few more people in Town this year as High School graduation was
this last Saturday and Sara Palin was the speaker for the graduation class.

All ways fun teaching & watching the young ones get the Gold.
It also looks like good weather this year, that will help.
