As an update 6/10/13, the Appeal has been filed, we had 30 days to do this, and we are awaiting paperwork so that I can get my equipment back.

Wow the USA is no longer the country that it used to be. They (Government) has just about eliminated all of the rights of the citizens. Seems to me that the judge just want to weasel out of making a real decision.

This was the outcome we had predicted but not hoped for from this court. We have filed the appeal so hopefully we can find some justice there.
