Honesty is not always the best policy.Lugged in equipment,ran tests last week on a huge parcel of private property and got good gold-problem is-owner now says "Well I know where the gold is now so I'm gonna dredge it myself (*&^%$#@! geez that was a raw deal ... but a verbal contract is as good as one written blood, file a lien on his property for exploration and assay work for like $5,000 a day. im sure that you are ahead of me on this but your knowledge, time and equipment is worth something. he cant just blow you off like that after he gets the results.
